Can I choose the color of the car?

Kõikide autode detailse kirjelduse juures on näidatud võimalikud värvivalikud. Päringu tegemisel avalda oma värvi soov. Juhul kui soovitud värvi autot ei ole saadaval, siis pakume mõnda alternatiivset värvi.

Can I add or remove equipment?

Enamik meie kodulehel olevates autodest on kas tootmises või juba toodetud, mistõttu nende tehnilisi andmeid muuta pole võimalik.

Reeglina ostame oma autod "rikkalikus" varustuses, mis garanteerib omajaugu lisamugavust.

I have already chosen the car from the dealership – can I subscribe this car from Renti?

By default, the Renti offer is based on negotiated purchasing conditions and it will not be possible to prepare equally favourable conditions for a vehicle from outside our system. If you have found your dream car immediately available, you can ask us for a Renti offer for such a car. Whether this offer will be as attractive to you as the offers presented by us on the webpage depends on whether we have a cooperation agreement with a given vehicle manufacturer.

What does the “coming soon” status mean when choosing cars?

In the case of “coming soon”, the cars have been ordered and are arriving during next few weeks or months. If you would like to rent such car, we can place a booking for you and meanwhile you can rent from us suitable replacement car.

Contract terms and conditions

How is the agreement signed?

Rendileping sõlmitakse digitaalset Rentniku (maksjast eraisik või ettevõte) ja Rentiplus OÜ vahel. Rentnik ja vastutav kasutaja ei pea olema üks ja sama isik ning kui on soov rendilepingule lisada rohkem kasutajaid, siis seda on võimalik teha Prime paketis tasuta.

What is the mileage limit?

Lepingus sisalduv läbisõidulimiit on maksimaalne kilomeetrite arv, mille auto võib läbida lepingu sõlmimisest kuni liitumisperioodi lõpuni. Läbisõidulimiit põhineb aastalimiidil, mis lepitakse kokku lepingut sõlmides.
1500km kuus / 18 000 km aastast on läbisõit, mis on kõikides Renti põhipakettides ja mis on valdavale enamusele autokasutajatest enam kui piisav. Meie kogemus näitab, et suur osa autokasutajatest läbib aastas alla 18 000 km, kuid samas oleme lisanud võimaluse osta juurde lisakilometraazi, et anda oma klientidele lisa paindlikust.

Why does the monthly payment increase with the mileage limit increase?

Kõik kuumaksed põhinevad üksikute mudelite teeninduskulude ja amortisatsiooni languse arvutustel, mille põhiparameetriks on auto läbisõit kinldal perioodil. Mida rohkem kilomeetreid auto läbib, seda rohkem kuluvad rehvid, pidurid ja amortiseerub auto.

For how long can I sign the subscrition?

Lepingu saab sõlmida perioodiks 1 kuni 60 kuud. Saadaolevad perioodid on alati esitatud kodulehel päringute tegemisel. Saadaval olevad perioodid on koostatud arvestades autode optimaalseid kasutamise tingimusi.

Can I subscribe for a longer period of time or have more mileage?

Lepingu saab sõlmida perioodiks 1 kuni 24 kuud. Saadaolevad perioodid on alati esitatud kodulehel päringute tegemisel. Saadaval olevad perioodid on koostatud arvestades autode optimaalsed kasutamise tingimusi.

What happens if I want to terminate the Subscription before the agreed return?

Lepingu saab sõlmida perioodiks 1 kuni 60 kuud. Saadaolevad perioodid on alati esitatud kodulehel päringute tegemisel. Saadaval olevad perioodid on koostatud arvestades autode optimaalsed kasutamise tingimusi.

What is Super Agreement?

The Super Agreement gives you complete freedom to drive different cars and change cars whenever you want. For example, if you need a van for a week to move, no problem, contact us and we will arrange a car change with you. Want to drive the newest models? It's also possible. All these services are in one monthly payment, at no extra cost. A super Agreement can be signed for up to 12 months and cancelled whenever you want. You can ask for more information info@renti.ee.

Can a courier or ride sharing service be provided with Renti cars?

Generally no, all cars are equipped with appropriate devices that detect all short journeys and continuous door opening and closing.

In order to provide a courier or ridesharing service, it is first necessary to make a separate inquiry to us and conclude a corresponding insurance contract in the name of the renter. The renter will also pay the costs related to the vehicle "taxi" permit and additional technical inspections.

Payments and invoicing

Will the monthly car payment be deducted from my bank card automatically or do I have to pay it manually?

Rental invoices are submitted electronically on a monthly basis and are due 7 days before the start of the next subscrition period.

Do I have to pay a deposit, down-payments or contract fee before picking up the car?

The first monthly payment must be made before picking up the car. We do not have a deposits or contract fees.

When will I start to pay the rent for the car?

Monthly payments are calculated from the day of the agreed pick-up. Invoices are always issued in advance. This means that you will receive the last invoice one month (+7 days) before returning the vehicle.

Which services are shown on the invoice?

You will receive an invoice every month with the entries "Car rental" and "Insurance". As the insurance is VAT-free, we present it as an additional article. The amount of these fees is exactly the monthly payment you have chosen on our website and sent in your booking confirmation.

Has the fringe benefit tax been paid on the rental price?

No, fringe benefit tax and all other company taxes remain the responsibility of the lessee (company).

Car pick up

When and where can I pick up the car?

Auto loovutus toimub kokkuleppitud kohas 24-tunni jooksul peale esimese rendimakse laekumist Rentiplus OÜ pangakontole.

What documents do I need to bring with me when picking up the car?

Kõik, mida vajad, on ID ja juhiluba.

What to do if I need a car now and the selected car will be available only in a few weeks?

Pakume Sulle sarnaste omadustega asendusautot alates esimesest rendipäevast. Meie rendiagent täpsustab  saadaval olevad asendusautod enne rendilepingu sõlmimist.

I got an approximate date for the arrival of the car. Why so and can the delivery of the car be delayed?

Uue auto saabimuse kuupäev on alati ligikaudne, sest auto saabumine võib viibida meist mitteolenevatel põhjustel.

How long does it take to handover the car?

Auto üleandmisel palume varuda 10-15 minutit aega, mille jooksul tutvustatakse teile auto põhifunktisoone ja allkirjastatakse üleandmise akt.

Driving and using the car

Can I drive my car abroad?

Meie rendiautodega tohib sõita Euroopa Liidu riikides, Šveitsi ja Norra territooriumil.

Kui soovite sõita teistesse riikidesse, siis võtke meiega vähemalt 5 tööpäeva enne väljumiskuupäeva  ühendust. Vaatame läbi teie päringu ja otsustame kas lubada sõita autoga soovitud riikidesse ja kui suur on vastv lisatasu.

Where, when and how can I have maintenace to my car?

Rendilepingus on täpsustatud auto tavahooldus(t)e asukohad.

Iga autot hooldatakse vastavalt tootja juhistele. Rentniku kohustus on jälgida hoolduste aegu ning kokkuleppida omale sobivad teeninduse ajad.

Where can I do seasonal tire changes?

Rendilepingus on täpsustatud auto rehvivahetuse ja -lao asukoht.

Enne rehvivahetus hooaega palume kindlasti meiega eelnevalt ühendust võtta. Sel juhul on meil aega saata rehvid teie poolt valitud teeninduspunkti. 
Soovi korral saate muuta hoiu- ja rehvivahetuspunkti asukohta. Tarnime rehvid teie valitud teeninduspunkti, mis teeb koostööd Rentiplus OÜ'ga. Esimene kohaletoimetamine on tasuta.

Prime paketis kuulub auto rendihinna sisse ka rehvide ladustamine.

Return of the car

How to prepare the car for return?

Contact Mogo’s Customer Service and inform us of your wish to sell the vehicle. We will then send you the final invoice. Once the final invoice has been paid, we will sign the final act, on the basis of which you will be able to register the vehicle in the name of the buyer.

Where and how can I return the car?

After the loan repayment, the final act must be signed, either digitally or at a Mogo’s service point. Afterwards you will be able to register the vehicle in your own name.

Can I return my current car and take a new one on the same day?

Yes, please let us know, if you change your contact details via email (info@mogo.ee) or via phone (+372 6 888 200).

How can I renew my Subscrition?

The normative acts of the law of the Republic of Estonia concerning contracts, concluded by means of communication and consumer credit, which regulate the rights and obligations of the parties.

Can I buy my car after my subscription has finished?

Yes, please inform us of the wish to purchase a car at least 2 weeks before the end of your rental, so that we can make an offer for the sale of the car.
